TSTC WACO offers both 100LL and Jet A fuel on the field. The airport is attended Monday through Friday from 0600 to 1800 local time, which governs when fueling services can be arranged. Outside that schedule, fuel availability should be confirmed directly with the field before planning a stop.
KCNW does not have customs services onsite. The nearest customs facility is at KFTW, located approximately 72 nautical miles away. Operators arriving from international origins need to route their customs clearance through KFTW or another designated port before or after their stop at TSTC WACO.
Runway 17R/35L at TSTC WACO is not lighted, so it is not suitable for night operations. It remains available for taxi use and helicopter operations during daylight or with adequate ambient visibility. Runway 17L/35R, by contrast, carries MIRL lighting along with pilot-controlled intensity settings and MALSR approach lighting, making it the runway equipped for after-dark arrivals at KCNW.
