Uplift arranged across the United States, Canada and Mexico.
A coordinator takes the lowest delivered price, and you get one quote, not five.
The supplier invoices you at the price we negotiated, and we do not add to it.
Ten cents per gallon, minimum seventy five dollars per uplift, on its own line.
Market practice pays for it out of a margin inside the gallon price, where you cannot see it.
Market practice figures are industry averages, not a specific competitor.
→A gallon price is quoted as one figure, and the split inside it is not something you are shown.
→The margin sits in that figure, which is why nobody has to name it.
→Trip support offered as included is paid for in there too, by you, on every gallon.
→We quote the fuel and our fee as two separate numbers, so there is nothing left to be inside.
→The gap comes from the supplier price we negotiate, not from cutting what we do.
→Our fee is printed at ten cents a gallon, and it is the only thing we are paid.
→On a smaller uplift the gap narrows, and we will tell you when it is not worth the request.
Coverage follows the suppliers available at each airport, so we state it per airport rather than claim a total.
The price we quote is the price you pay. Once a supplier confirms it, it holds through the uplift window unless the flight itself changes, a different date or a different gallon count. We do not add a fuel surcharge on top of a confirmed release.
The supplier does, addressed to your operator, before the aircraft reaches the ramp. We send you a copy of that release, not just our own summary of it, so you can check the numbers yourself before anything is signed.
Ten cents per gallon, with a minimum of seventy five dollars per uplift. It is the same rate whatever the fuel price does, so when the gallon price rises our fee does not follow it. We take no commission from suppliers, and that rate is the only thing we are paid.
Yes. We coordinate the release and the paperwork the same way, and the contract rate you already hold replaces the spot quote on your line. Our coordination fee still applies, printed on its own line, exactly as it does on a spot uplift.
Two invoices. The supplier bills you directly for the fuel, at the price we negotiated and with nothing added by us, and we bill you separately for the coordination fee. It means no margin of ours can sit inside a gallon price, because we never handle the fuel money at all.
