Three steps. Every price visible at each one.

The complete quote sits further down this page, line by line, with no account and no sign-in.

01

You send the request.

Aircraft, airport, timing, what you need. One form covers catering, trip support and fuel.

02

We put it out to several suppliers.

The request leaves as soon as it reaches us. Follow-ups are timed against your flight, not against office hours.

03

You get one itemized quote.

Every line printed separately, at the price it was bought.

A real quote, KTEB to KVNY, with every line explained.

Challenger 350, 7 pax. Select any line to read what it covers.

The kitchen's own price for the order. It goes to the kitchen. Most brokers fold their margin into this line.
The FBO's charge for ramp and facility on this stop. The FBO collects it. Usually it arrives with a percentage added.
A separate charge set by the same FBO, collected by them. Most quotes absorb it into one handling total.
The three lines above at the amount suppliers invoice us. Nothing in this block is marked up.
What Skystar is paid, and the only line we collect. On a competitor's quote it sits hidden inside the prices above.
The processor's charge, passed on at the exact amount they take. Market practice is a flat percentage that keeps the difference.
What leaves your account: supplier charges plus our coordination fee. Both printed above.

Others bury this fee.
We print it.

The requests go out automatically. The supplier is chosen by a person.

Runs without anyone

Every request reaches several suppliers at once.

Follow-ups are timed against your departure, not office hours.

Requests are worked seven days a week.

A person decides

When nobody answers, a coordinator takes over and calls.

Skystar owns no kitchen, no aircraft and no supplier. Nothing on our side pulls an order toward one vendor rather than another, which is what makes the coordination fee publishable.

No kitchenCatering is produced by partner kitchens, on their own price list.
No fleetWe do not operate aircraft and we do not sell flights.
No stake in a supplierNo ownership, no exclusivity agreement, no volume commitment to any vendor.

One form for catering, trip support and fuel.

Questions

Yes. The quote is settled before the order goes to the suppliers, and the suppliers are paid by us. If the quote is not approved, nothing is placed and nothing is charged.

The United States, Canada and Mexico. Coverage follows the supplier network at each airport, so send the ICAO code and we will say what is available there before you commit to anything. If your destination is not covered yet, write to contact@skystar.flights and we will look at it.

Tell us as soon as you know and we stop the order where it stands. What is recoverable is set by each supplier's own cancellation terms, and we pass those terms back to you as written. The coordination fee is returned when the order has not yet been placed.

Yes. Ask and we take you through the quote line by line: what each supplier charged us, what the processor took, and what we kept. Supplier paperwork stays between us and the supplier, but the amounts on your quote are theirs, unchanged.
