Quote to you One, itemized

A coordinator picks on price and delivery window, and you get one quote, not five.

What the kitchen invoices us is what your quote reads.

One line, fixed.

It does not move with the size of the order.

At cost.

Passed on at the exact amount the processor took.

Nothing sits in an inbox waiting.

Every request goes out to several kitchens at once, so one silence never stops the order.

A kitchen that declines is already covered by the others, and you get one answer back instead of five.

When a kitchen goes quiet, a coordinator picks up the phone instead of sending another email.

Requests are worked seven days a week, against the flight's schedule and not office hours.

If the order never goes out, the coordination fee comes back.

Catering is quoted airport by airport.

Coverage follows the partner kitchens available at each airport, so we state it per airport rather than claim a total.

Questions

Send it as soon as you have it and we put it out immediately, seven days a week. Lead time belongs to the kitchen, not to us, and it varies by airport, by day and by hour: a breakfast order at a large business aviation airport is not the same request as a late dinner at a field with one partner kitchen. Send the ICAO code and the departure time and we will tell you what is achievable there, including when the honest answer is that nothing is.

Us. The partner kitchen invoices Skystar, we pay it, and you settle one quote. The catering line on that quote is the kitchen's own amount, unchanged, and the only line we are paid on is the coordination fee, printed on its own line. Card processing is passed on at the exact amount the processor took.

Tell us and we take it up with the kitchen directly, with the written order and their confirmation in hand. What is recoverable is set by their terms and we pass those terms back to you as written, without editing them. We do not keep a coordination fee on an order that was never delivered.

Yes. Crew meals are quoted on their own line, at the kitchen's price, so cabin and cockpit catering never sit in the same total. Dietary and allergen requests for crew travel to the kitchen in the words you wrote them, like passenger requests, and we send you the kitchen's written confirmation before the order is placed.
