Trip support across the United States, Canada and Mexico, and onward from your departure point.
Authority costs are passed on as billed. Sourced services are put out to several providers and passed on at the price we were quoted.
Five percent of the supplier subtotal, on its own line, before you approve anything.
Passed on at the exact amount the processor took.
Market practice figures are industry averages, not a specific competitor.
→One request covers every service on the trip, and one quote comes back.
→Filings, bookings and follow-ups are ours, including the ones that need doing twice.
→Change the trip and everything affected is refiled and reconfirmed without a second request.
Requirements, lead times and authorities change with the country, so we state what applies at each airport rather than claim a single process.
Everything you send us for the same trip. A permit, a slot and two ground arrangements on the same request are one order, with one coordination fee at five percent of the supplier subtotal. Splitting them across separate requests would only cost you more, so we do not.
Yes, from your departure point onward. Our coverage is stated airport by airport for the United States, Canada and Mexico, and we arrange permits, slots and ground services for destinations beyond them.
We tell you the same day, with the reason as the authority gave it. If it can be refiled we refile it, and if it cannot we say so rather than let the date approach. A service that is never delivered does not carry a coordination fee.
Us. Handlers, permit authorities and ground providers invoice Skystar, we pay them, and you settle one quote. Every supplier line on that quote is their own amount, unchanged.
