Overview

Runway 13L/31R is not available for Part 121 or Part 380 operations involving scheduled passenger carrying flights with more than 9 passenger seats, or non-scheduled passenger carrying flights with more than 30 passenger seats.

Aircraft taxiing on runway 04 northeast bound should look for the hold short line to runway 31L.
Aircraft taxiing on taxiway N southwest bound should look for the hold short line to runway 31R.
Aircraft on the east cargo ramp apron at the intersection of runway 04/22 and taxiway Delta are required to apply minimum thrust when crossing the runway to avoid damage from jet blast.
Noise sensitive areas exist on all sides of the airport. At pilots' discretion, climb as quickly and quietly as safely possible on departure, and use consideration when flying over populated areas by minimizing flight time and high power settings. Military aircraft departing and arriving will use minimum power settings consistent with aircraft flight manuals; afterburner takeoff is prohibited unless required for safety of flight. Engine run-ups are permitted between 0600 and 2300.

Runway 13R/31L is nearly as long at 8,502 feet with the same 150-foot width, also concrete. A third runway, 13L/31R, is asphalt and shorter at 5,519 feet by 100 feet.
