Runway notes

When the ATCT is closed, pilots can increase intensity and activate the MALSR on runway 14, REIL on runway 31, and PAPI on runways 13, 27, and 31 via CTAF. High-intensity runway lighting covers runway 14/32 and runway 13/31, and medium-intensity runway lighting covers runway 09/27. The PAPI units on runways 14 and 32 operate continuously.

On runway 14, a road obstacle rises 13 feet above the runway end elevation, located 179 feet from the runway end, 494 feet right of centerline.

An 8-foot tree is located 95 feet from the runway end, 380 feet right of centerline.

On the runway 14 approach, a 45:1 ratio is required to clear the displaced threshold due to a road obstacle 13 feet above runway end elevation, located 179 feet from the end, 494 feet right of centerline.

On the runway 32 approach, a 34:1 ratio applies to the displaced threshold.

When using runways 27 or 31, hazardous river traffic may exist.
