PAPI is unusable beyond 2 nautical miles from the threshold due to rapidly rising terrain.

Arrivals on runway 21 and runway 28 should maintain traffic pattern altitude until final.

An Engineered Material Arresting System (EMAS), 200 feet in length by 170 feet in width, is located at the departure end of runway 28.
