Prior permission is required; contact ARNG Operations. Aircraft inbound to the ARNG ramp should contact Blackjack Operations on frequency 241.0/41.6 ten minutes prior to landing for parking instructions.
Aircraft over 115,000 pounds are restricted from making 180-degree turns on Runway 18/36. Aircraft with a wingspan greater than 223 feet are restricted from operating on Taxiway C between Taxiway A and the Runway 32 approach end.
Aircraft over 155,000 pounds are restricted from using the north part of Taxiway A at Runway 18/36. Aircraft over 316,000 pounds are restricted from using the south part of Taxiway A between Taxiway C and Runway 14/32.
When the airport traffic control tower is closed, pilots may activate MALSR on Runway 14 and 32, HIRL on Runway 14/32, and MIRL on Runway 18/36 via CTAF. MIRL on Runway 18/36 is not available when the tower is closed and Runway 14/32 is active.
Runway 18/36 is not available for Part 121 or Part 380 operations involving scheduled passenger service with more than 9 passenger seats, or non-scheduled passenger service with more than 30 passenger seats.

Due to apron activity, aircraft with a wingspan greater than 170 feet should exercise caution on Taxiway A between Taxiway C and Taxiway B.
Aircraft operating as scheduled or charter passenger service shall not taxi on Taxiway A north of the Taxiway B intersection without an escort from a ground handling agent or airport authority.
Civil aircraft with a wingspan of 132 feet or greater, and all ACR aircraft, must be escorted along Taxiway A north of Taxiway C by a ground handling agent.
