Overview
Venango Regional Airport (KFKL) serves Franklin, Pennsylvania, with a longer paved runway suited to business turbine traffic and a shorter crosswind strip that carries some scheduled-passenger restrictions. The field is uncontrolled and operates on a published attendance schedule rather than continuous staffing, with both 100LL and Jet A available on the field. Customs clearance is not available onsite, with the nearest customs-capable airport at KERI. Operations at KFKL remain moderate year over year, consistent with a regional facility supporting general aviation and business aviation in northwestern Pennsylvania.
Venango Regional has two paved runways. The longest, 03/21, is 5,200 ft long and 150 ft wide, with an asphalt surface.
