Class D airspace is in effect 1200-0300Z; otherwise the airspace is Class G. A landing fee applies to commercial, corporate, and all aircraft over 5,000 pounds. Flight notification service and ADCUS are available. LAWRS is in place.
When the airport traffic control tower is closed, activate the MALSR on runway 20, REIL on runway 02, PAPI on runway 15, HIRL on runway 02/20, and MIRL on runway 15/33 via CTAF. The PAPI on runway 33 operates continuously.
Runway 15/33 is not available for Part 121 or Part 380 scheduled passenger-carrying operations with more than 9 passenger seats, or non-scheduled passenger-carrying operations with more than 30 passenger seats.

Customs, agriculture, and immigration services operate 1300-2300Z, Monday through Friday. Callers must telephone prior to 2300Z on the preceding weekday to arrange service.
Be aware of wingtip clearance south of the runup/de-arm pad; taxiway centerline markings are for F-15 aircraft only.
Military: the Air National Guard does not allow aircraft with a wingspan greater than 110 feet on the Air National Guard ramp. Non-standard taxiway centerline markings lead into the Air National Guard apron.
