A 10-foot fence and trees stand 50 feet from the threshold, 220 feet left; 10-foot trees stand 190 feet from the threshold, 240 feet right.
A 22:1 obstruction clearance slope applies from the temporary displaced threshold.
Numerous cracks are present across the full width and length of the runway.
Runway conditions may not be maintained or reported when the airport is unattended. The airport is unattended from 1800 to 0700 daily, and all day Sunday and Monday. Contact RIAC Operations.

Runway 04 is designated the calm wind runway.
The airport is located in a noise-sensitive area with populated areas to the north, south, and east. Noise abatement procedures are in effect. Contact the airport manager for more information.

Helicopters are requested to avoid the main terminal ramp for parking or landing. Please contact the airport manager.
