Your first order is priced at cost. Literally.

Your first catering, trip support and fuel order with Skystar carries no coordination fee, up to $250 per order. The offer ends on November 30, 2026.

How the offer works

  • One first order per service line.

Your first catering order, your first trip support order and your first fuel order each qualify. The offer applies once per company, not per contact or per aircraft.

  • We waive up to $250 of fees per order.

We waive the coordination fee up to $250 on each of these orders. On a larger order, you pay only the part of the fee above $250.

  • Card processing stays on the invoice.

If you pay by card, the 5% card processing line is still billed. On fuel, the supplier invoices the fuel to you directly, as on every order.

Founding Operator status

Place three paid orders between November 2 and November 30, 2026, and your company becomes a Founding Operator on December 4, 2026. Founding Operators keep today's coordination fee rates for 12 months, until December 3, 2027.

The rates covered are catering 8% (minimum $75), trip support 6% and fuel $0.10 per gallon (minimum $75 per uplift). Card processing is not covered.

Offer terms

These terms complete our Terms & Conditions.

  1. 1. The offer

On the first order of each service line (catering, trip support, fuel), Skystar waives its coordination fee, up to $250 per order. If the coordination fee on that order is above $250, only the part above $250 is billed. The $75 minimum is waived with the fee.

  2. 2. What stays billed

Supplier costs are billed as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Card processing (5% of the invoice total) is still billed when you pay by card. On fuel, the supplier invoices the fuel directly, as usual.

  3. 3. On your quote and invoice

The coordination fee line stays on the quote and invoice at its normal amount, with the waived amount shown next to it, so you can see what the order would normally cost.

  4. 4. Who can use it

Verified professional accounts: Part 135 and Part 91 operators, charter brokers and freelance flight attendants. The offer applies once per company and per service line, not per contact or per aircraft.

  5. 5. Offer period

Orders confirmed in writing between November 2 and November 30, 2026, 11:59 pm US Eastern Time. The offer ends on that date and will not be extended.

  6. 6. Cancellation

If an order placed under the offer is cancelled, the supplier's cancellation charge is passed through as set out in our Terms & Conditions and the waived coordination fee stays waived. The cancelled order counts as the first order on that service line: the offer cannot be used again for that service line.

  7. 7. Founding Operator status

Companies with three orders confirmed and paid in full between November 2 and November 30, 2026, in any service line, receive Founding Operator status on December 4, 2026. Founding Operators keep the coordination fee rates published on that date (catering 8%, minimum $75; trip support 6%; fuel $0.10 per gallon, minimum $75) for 12 months, until December 3, 2027. Card processing is not covered by the rate freeze.

  8. 8. General

The offer has no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be combined with another offer. All other provisions of our Terms & Conditions apply. Skystar may decline the offer where an account does not meet the conditions above.
